Worked example: a $200 ticket on Pro, with Posium’s fee added to the attendee’s price (the default; you can cover it instead).
Stripe sets its own fee and your rate may differ. A 200-attendee conference pays Posium $598 in ticket fees for the year. Refunds include our fee.
Your choice per event. The default is pass-through: the attendee sees it as a line item at checkout ($2.99 on a $200 ticket). Switch to absorb and it comes out of your payout instead.
We refund our platform fee in full, automatically. Stripe keeps its processing fee.
Yes. $0 tickets have no platform or processing fee on any plan.
